Sable, or commonly referred as Black Cod, is wild caught in the Northern Pacific waters off Alaska by longline fisherman.

Sable is painstakingly cured and smoked to perfection to create a delicate fish with a distinctive buttery and sweet flavor. Order weight is approx. 1 1/2 lbs and requires 48 hours of your order to be shipped via UPS or Federal Express to your door.
