After purchase, our team will reach out via email to assist with scheduling and provide further information on upcoming dates or to schedule your private tasting. Gift card recipients also receive early access to our community table schedules, allowing them to reserve before general availability.

Choose from Two Tasting Menus:

1. Worldly Wonders Tasting Menu – $245 per person
   Explore a curated selection of the finest caviar from around the world. This program offers a journey into the unique flavors and characteristics of each caviar variety, perfect for those new to caviar or those who wish to broaden their appreciation. This experience includes: Vegan Seaweed ‘Caviar’, Danish Trout Roe, Hackleback Caviar, Royal Siberian Caviar, Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, and Imperial Osetra Caviar. 

2. Connoisseur’s Collection Tasting Menu  – $260 per person
   An elevated caviar tasting experience designed for the true caviar enthusiast. The Connoisseur’s Collection offers a selection of rare and high-grade imported caviars and roe, providing a deep dive into the intricate qualities and distinctive tastes that set each caviar apart.  This experience includes: Vegan Seaweed ‘Caviar’, Danish Trout Roe, Italian White Sturgeon Caviar, Royal Siberian Caviar, Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, and Imperial Osetra Caviar. 

Redeemable for Two Tasting Experienced:

• Monthly Community Table Class: Enjoy the tasting in a convivial setting with other caviar lovers. All gift card holders will receive exclusive priority access to reserve their seats prior to general availability.
• Private Tasting: For a more intimate experience, opt for a private session tailored to personal preferences. Private tastings require a minimum group of four guests and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Larger group accommodations can be made upon further discussions.
