Refund policy
Returns:
For a gift other than those listed below, Paramount Caviar will replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase if it is returned to us within 48 hours of purchase.
Paramount Caviar does not accept returns / process refunds on the following items:
- Monogrammed or personalized gifts (unless they are damaged).
- Gourmet gift baskets
- Items that say, "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page on our site.
- Items that are returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Presenters and spoons whose respective boxes have been opened and that have a broken factory seal
- Packages that are delayed due to weather conditions on behalf of the shipping carrier. Paramount Caviar is responsible for getting the box into the hands of the carrier but once it's with the carrier, we cannot impact its delivery date if the reason for delay is due to weather. The caviar is shipped with enough ice to withstand 2 days of shipping outside the refrigerator and has a natural 3.5% salt content to preserve its state.
To Return or Exchange items, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service at 718-786-7747 Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm EST to obtain a return shipping address and authorization number.
2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, enclose the packing slip or letter describing contents.
3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) and retain your receipt.
4. If you are returning a gift as a result of our error or you received a damaged or defective product, Paramount Caviar will pay the shipping costs. Please return to:

5. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund, if you use the FedEx account of Paramount Caviar.
6. Please do not include items from other orders, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.
Order Cancellations:
Orders that have been cancelled 48 hours after purchasing will be issued a store credit for the value of the order. The store credit will be delivered to the customer in the form of a digital gift card that can be used on any purchase at any time on www.paramountcaviar.com, over the phone, or in person.
Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests after an item has been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the customer must go through the return policy steps to issue the return. In these cases, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply and a store credit will be issued for the remaining value of the order.
