Thinly sliced black truffles from Italy are packed in brine to preserve freshness and flavor so you can enjoy truffles all year round. Each container is 7.1oz and when drained is 5oz of peelings. 

Serving Suggestions: Perfect with risotto, in pasta, on crostini, in meat sauces, veal or any meat. Beautiful for garnishes.
