Known as the connoisseur’s caviar, the Sevruga sturgeon produces a dark to light grey roe with a robust and earthy flavor profile. In the wild, it takes up to 7 years for this sturgeon to mature and in farmed conditions it takes 12-15 years to mature.

In accordance with US federal law, Paramount Caviar does not import any wild caviar from any country.
