If you would like to change the shipping address after an order has been placed and before it has been shipped, you may email us through the form above or call us at 718-786-7747.
We are unable to change the shipping address of an order that is already in transit with the shipping carrier.
For retail orders, we ship to all 50 states in the United States including Puerto Rico.

Orders placed Monday - Friday by 3PM EST will be shipped on the same day unless you have stated that you would like the order shipped at a later date. We strongly recommend that if you are ordering to have your items on a specific date, that you order your caviar to be received 2-3 days ahead of your event. Our caviar is preserved with its 3.5% natural salt content and vacuum sealed. In the original vaccum seal, caviar can last for up to 3 weeks in a standard refrigerator.
All orders that include perishable goods can only be shipped with Overnight Services and will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. All perishable orders are packed with enough ice and insulation to withstand 2 days of transit.
Orders that only include non-perishables can be shipped with ground services. Ground services will usually get your order to you within 2-5 days once it's been shipped.
