Online Ordering
Online ordering at Paramount Caviar is quick and easy. Browse our gift categories or use Search to find the perfect gift. To select a gift, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:
Select Product Attributes: Use the drop-down menu to choose the quantity, color, size and other attributes of the gift. Then, click the Add to Shopping Cart button. If the item is on back order, this is when you will be alerted as to its anticipated availability.
Review order: Review all the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart and information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, such as item quantity or remove an item from your Shopping Cart. (If you make any changes to your order, click the Recalculate button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.
Checkout: Enter your billing information, any promotion codes, shipping method and gift recipient information. If you're a registered Paramount Caviar customer, some of this information will appear automatically. Again, you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping button, or finish your checkout by clicking the Checkout button. We will automatically validate your address information against the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information.
Process Order: Review your order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. Enter your credit card information and gift certificate or promotion codes. When you are finished, click Process Order.
Confirm Order: An order summary, including the order number, can be used to track the status of your order through delivery to your gift recipient(s).
Set Gift Recipient List (optional): When you were in the checkout process, you were given the option of adding your recipient(s) to your Recipient List. Upon order confirmation, you will be given the opportunity to complete your Recipient List with the recipients' special occasions, birthdays and gift preferences. You can also access the Recipient List through the Recipient List button at the bottom of every page.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Paramount Caviar. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at 1-718-786-7747, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
International Orders
We accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to APO addresses.
Payment Methods
Paramount Caviar accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Your credit card will be billed on completion of your order.
A sales tax is added to orders where the purchaser address is in the State of New York.
