About Paramount Caviar PDF Print E-mail
A tasteful remembrance of the sea, a beckoning toward more civilized times. At Paramount, as much as we recognize that caviar represents the ultimate luxury, we also know how more important it will be to that special someone who will receive this gift.

That's why we are extremely proud to have won two Gold Medals awarded by Chefs in America. While that might seem enough praise for any caviar company, we are equally flattered by where we place caviar every day... in the greatest 3 and 4-star restaurants in New York and throughout the world.

The choice of great chefs everywhere!

It would not matter if we had taste enough to win millions of medals if we did not have a product or service worthy of winning a medal to match. Caviar, which is in a class of its own, has very distinguishable characteristics such as nutty, fruity and delicate tastes. Caviar that our president, Hossein Aimani, travels the world to hand select and oversee the processing and shipping of. And still, he is never too far to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

The main asset, if excellence is the objective as it is at Paramount Caviar, is to know how caviar is made best. Then comes utmost care and clinical cleanliness in processing. And, last but not least, you need great  suppliers from all over the world.

Paramount Caviar tin Paramount Caviar is a major caviar distributor in the United States. It is the caviar of choice for such illustrious chefs, restaurants and retailers as Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. Erik Blauberg of "21," Bill Telepan of Telepan, Tom Valenti of Ouest,  and Matthew Seeber of Bid in Sotheby's. Gourmet retailers such as Wild Edibles at Grand Central Market and Grace's Market in  NYC also rely upon Paramount for the best caviar.  Paramount was started by husband and wife team, Hossein Aimani and Amy Arrow.

Today, Caspian sturgeon is an endangered species. Paramount is at the forefront of the industry in an effort to conserve the rapidly depleting supply of this ancient fish. Paramount and its best customers stand behind and fully support the efforts of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species). Dedicated to importing and distributing only legally produced Caspian and Black Sea caviar with a selection of farm raised caviar from Europe.  Paramount Caviar, assures the public of the freshest, most precious caviar available throughout the United States.

Serving Tips:

  • Caviar should be placed in the coldest section of your refrigerator, not in the freezer.
  • Un-opened fresh caviar will last 2-3 weeks. Once opened, it should be eaten right away.
  • If left in the tin, caviar surface should be covered with plastic wrap and stored in refrigerator.
  • Caviar should be served with a non-metallic spoon, usually mother of pearl, bone or horn. Visit our online store for spoons you can use.
  • To serve caviar, place tin/jar directly on top of crushed ice in a caviar server or crystal dish.
  • Use plain white(thin) bread toasted (crusts removed), unsalted butter or petit toast or blinis.
  • Typical garnishes are: lemon, white onion, chopped egg (white and yellow).
