Smoked Sturgeon: has a delicate but very distinct texture, that has pleased kings and queens for centuries. We have brought this wonderful gift from the Caspian Sea to grace your table. This product can be served in a variety of way, but is best when thinly sliced and garnished with spicy horseradish.
Approx. 1 1/2 pound pieces are sent that will serve 8-12 people.
FYI: Please keep in mind that this fish is extreamly delicate and will be shipped to you whole and in a protective air tight pouch. Please use a sharp knife when cutting fish.
