Pastrami salmon is the perfect combination spice and farm raised Atlantic salmon making for a unique salmon experience. Each fish is cured in a blend of mild brine consisting of salt and brown sugar for up to a full week, the salmon is then cold smoked, over a blend of fruitwoods. The finishing touches to this wonderful salmon is a plentiful coating of pastrami spices. The side of pastrami salmon will be sliced for your ease when entertaining and will be approximately 3 lbs, which will serve 14-18 people.
