A fine selection of Rougie goose foie gras with truffles presented in a cylindrically shaped tin. This semi-cooked product is composed of goose liver, chicken liver and pork fat and enhanced with French black truffles. The texture is creamy and sensuous to the palate. When serving this product don't forget the cornishons or caper berries to enhance the flavor!
