Wild Golden Whitefish 

This golden whitefish is a smaller freshwater fish found in all Northern countries including the U.S. Great Lakes and Canada.  It's roe is of a fine, pale golden color and almost iridescent appearance. It has an uncommon subtle flavor and fine crispy texture.
