From the Alto Adige region of northern Italy comes this Italian Speck in 3 ounce packages. Prepared by hand and air dryed for 3 weeks, then smoked over beechwood and the dried for over 22 weeks to create this old world product. More delicate and balanced than German smoked hams, but tastier than the Mediterranean cured hams. Enjoy this product on bread or wraped around fruit.
