Farmed Bulgarian Osetra Caviar # 131

Bulgarian Farm Raised Osetra:

 History is in the making at Paramount Caviar with our farm raised  Caspian Sea Sturgeon ( Acipenser  Gouldenstadetti)  being farmed in the Danube River region of Bulgaria.  Mr Aimani, owner of Paramount Caviar has visited this farm before its caviar producing stage and was very impressed with their knowledge of sturgeon farming and  the state of the art production plant.  This Osetra caviar has all of the well known charctristcs of the Caspian Sea Osetra Caviar including color, size and its well known nutty flavor.
