Farm Raised French Osetra:

The project of farm raising sturgeon was started in 1983 and our patience has paid off. Paramount Caviar is proud to offer for the very first time caviar from a Siberian Sturgeon that has been farmed in France. This roe is both beautiful and flavorful having come from the Osetra sturgeon family. Slightly smaller in size, but offers a big burst of flavor that is extreamly clean and visually beautiful.
